Wayne Allen
Wayne has been the Senior Pastor at Discovery Community Church since Park Christian Church and Park Church of God came together in 2004. Prior to this, Wayne served for over 20 years as the Pastor at Park Christian Church. Wayne preaches most Sundays at Discovery and is available for counseling and visitation.
Rob Brock
Rob joined the staff at Discovery part time in 2006 as the Worship Pastor. Rob's primary responsibility is coordinating the services each Sunday and leading worship for the church. He rehearses with the worship band and vocal team each week and regularly introduces (and writes) new songs for worship.
Brian & Stephanie Sparks
Brian and Stephanie have been the Youth Pastors at Discovery since the beginning of this congregation in 2004. Brian and Steph both grew up at Park Christian Church and are now re-investing in the lives of our youth. They lead Bible studies for the Junior and Senior High youth on Wednesday nights at the Summit building, as well as organizing many events for the youth throughout the year.
Loyce Thrush
Loyce joined the staff at Discovery part time in 2007 as the Community Care Pastor. Loyce and her husband Gil served in ministries from Texas to Minnesota, with some of their ministry "kids" present today at Discovery. Loyce supports the pastoral staff and coordinates visitation and prayers ministries for Discovery.
